Job Title: Pediatric Dental Office Patient Experience Coordinator (Front Office).

Location: 255 Village Parkway, Marietta, GA, 30067.
Pay: Starting at $16/hour (Growth up to $22/hour as you master the role).
Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays All day 8am-5pm, Fridays 8am-2:30 pm (get ready for weekend early!). Tuesdays and Thursdays Afternoons 1pm-5pm. We alternate our Tuesdays and Thursdays so you will get one day of the week off. NO SATURDAYS OR EVENING HOURS.

Our dental practice is looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator who brings the high standards of East Cobb hospitality into a professional healthcare setting. No dental experience is required. We have a remote employee that handles all the heavy lifting of Insurnace verification, answering calls, scheduling patients and post payments. We like you to work closely with our team member and learn our softwares and these skills. If you have the right heart for service and an impeccable professional demeanor, we will train you on everything. You will have an opportunity to become full time as we grow.

What You’ll Do (We Will Train You!):
  • Welcome patients and manage the "check-in" experience.
  • Coordinate the daily schedule with our remote team member to ensure a smooth, stress-free flow for the doctor and patients.
  • Handle phone inquiries (when needed) with the same level of care you’d provide a guest in a five-star restaurant.
  • Maintain a polished, organized front-office environment.
  • Collect co-pays from patients.
  • Check out and schedule the next appointments.
  • Maintain a polished, organized waiting area for the patients.
  • Be a team player and help in the back as the needs arise (we will train you!).
